85th Interpol General Assembly opened in Bali, Indonesia

Global terrorist threat, environmental security, international drug trafficking routes, and cybercrime are among the key topics of Interpol’s 85th General Assembly, which opened yesterday in Bali, Indonesia, and will go on until November 10.

The Italian delegation at the General Assembly is headed by Deputy Police Chief and Criminal Police Director, Antonino Cufalo, the Director of the International Police Cooperation Service (SCIP), Gennaro Capoluongo, and the security expert in charge of South East and Oceania area, Andrea Vitalone.

During the four-day forum partecipants will attend workshops and thematic meetings.

ICPO-Interpol, with its 190 member countries, has its headquarters, the General Secretariat, Lyon.
